Float over images for information		The brief for this project was to establish a replacement for an existing streetscape feature. An open competition was held from which this design was selected by both the general public and a commissioning panel.
The design had to be appropriate to an outstanding conservation area, safe to the public, durable to the climate and robust to high spirited revellers.
